Lansing Recycles

A one day special recycling collection for computers and electronics will be held this Saturday, September 26, 2009, from 8am-12pm at the City of Lansing’s Recycling Transfer Station (RTS), located at 530 E. South St.

Attendees must enter from S. Washington Ave, turn East on South St., just North of the RR tracks. The Transfer Station is at the corner of South and Beech Streets. The RTS will not be accessible from Cedar Street via Elm Street. Elm Street will only be available for exiting the facility.

Computers, including monitors, CPU’s, and all other components and accessories, TV’s, stereo’s, VCR’s, microwaves, copy machines and most other home electronics will be accepted. Participants are responsible for removing data from the hard drive and other media storage devices. Please refer to www.lansingrecycles.com for the complete list of fees.
